Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition, with all original packaging and components included. Products that have been installed, assembled, or used are not eligible for return.

Inspection Upon Delivery & Damaged Items
Customers are required to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If visible damage to the shipping carton is present, customers should note the damage with the carrier and take photographs at the time of delivery.
If product damage is discovered after opening the packaging for inspection, customers must notify Simulator Pro Shop and provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
Opening packaging solely to inspect for damage does not constitute product use.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product and supplier requirements.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
If a return is approved after shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds issued after shipment will reflect these deductions.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any outbound shipping costs associated with the replacement product unless the exchange is due to damage or an error on our part.
